I spent about 4 months in El Salvador with the US Army. I was actually working with a doctor from El Salvador who wanted to become a urologist, and one day I asked a person from the operating room to take my picture while we were repairing a penis that had been shot with a high powered rifle.
This is not just what I do. It’s who I am.
